Ive seen it before. It was when i was trying to buy some japanese dragonball dvds. I cant find the website anymore though. I think thats an OVA

Just before Dragon Ball Z Peaked in America and Australia. I saw a video called "Dragon Boy" at the video store. It had a picture of Goku and in the background was the sun. So i guess there are a few random dvds out there.

yea i didnt know what it was either i found it at clickanimedvd
they dont have it listed but if you search it on the website , it will show up

It should also be noted that this DVD is a bootleg. If you find it online, do not buy it.
