Brice Armstrong: Funimation Dragon Ball
Andrew Chandler: Funimation Dragon Ball GT
Jim Conrad: 1995 Dragon Ball
Doc Harris: Ocean Dragon Ball Z
Kyle Hebert: Funimation Dragon Ball Z (2001 -)
Dale D. Kelly: Funimation Dragon Ball Z (1999 - 2000)
Steve Olsen: Blue Water DB and DBGT

I didn't put Japanese because it wouldn't be a fair comparison.

Hmm....it's been forever since I've heard Armstrong's narration for the original Dragon Ball, but I think I like it better than even Hebert's, though it's a close vote.

Brice Armstrong takes this without any competition whatsoever. The narrator in all three shows is supposed to sound like an old man telling a bedtime story to his grandchildren, and Brice Armstrong is the only English narrator to ever nail that. All of Z's narrators sound like they're announcing wrestling matches and Chandler sounds like he's trying to narrate trailers for epic movies in GT. It's horrible. Hebert got much better as time went on and he got much more calm, but he was still trying to sound too epic.

This. The first Ocean narrator had a story-telling quality, but didn't have the old-man-passing-down-a-legend feel that DragonBall really needs.
If only he'd been given better dialogue...
