when creating a bad guy u need

1. name, age, and birth place (can be made up but be pacific on wich blue he came from)
2. his powers, abilities, and weaopon of choice also if u want depending on the weopon his fighting style
3. history well that is self axplanitory
in short be as detailed as possible well as u can think of
4. aperience. what does ur bady looks like including what the weopon looks like if u can think of that

i really cant think up my own badie but i want to know what creative things u guys can come up with

come on people i really want to hear what kind of creative characters u can come up with

Sounds like fun.

Vice Admiral Rocktease, 27, Unknown Island in East Blue.
Powers: None, she is part of the Navy.
Abilities: Extremely battle savvy.
Weapon: Handheld Dillon Minigun with a blade at the edge.
History: Her first memories are of a Navy captain saving her and her mother from a vicious pirate. She admired them ever since and has an extreme sense of justice. She entered at 17 and rose through the ranks until she became one of the most recognized in all the East Blue. She has a special grudge against vigilantes and looks down upon pirates as inferior.

Pirate Barry D. Izayoi, 66 years old, Elbaf Island in the New World.
Powers: Shinryu Shinryu Fruit (King of Dragons Fruit), Haki.
Abilities: Metarmophosis in a giant dragon able to throw sacred fire.
Weapons: Gigantic Sword of Legend called Ragnarok.
History: This pirate is the son of two great warriors of the story of Elbaf. After being adopted by his Grandfather, this little giant ate a Devil Fruit and decided to go to Sea to exterminate the fishmans after one of them called Fisher Tiger killed one of his parents after being attacked.

The Sword is illuminate with a Sacred Light and is the second of the 21 Meitous.
This giant has a giant armor of Adamantite.
