don't read this if u haven't fnished watching the whole of the series thus far.

The ending was kinda depressing specially the part where Hei is running away and Misaki says "stop,Li-san"
and instead of taking of the mask and acknowledging it and saying a sort of goodby he just says some thing like "Li doesnt exist any more" or some crap or the other about him not being the person he was before. tht was so depressing like the character we all came to know just dissolved and tht was the last thing he said so there was no goodbye or anything...plus the 26th extra episode was OK and all but it was much ado about nothing they didnt really answer anyting. plus its was sad seeing huang and mao again and seeing as things were before because 1)the characters had since evolved and had a relationship. 2)plus they showed Hei as a cold contractor again and it seemed like a random epsode tht would have been betwen the 14th and the 15th episode.

i just feel like there was no propr ending no proper goodbye to the fans.

plus we never really find out wht Hei's contract was. i know it was supposed to be tht he had to eat alot after using his powers but sometims he ate as hell even when he hadnt usd his powers. so i think tht since Hei was just a human with a contractor's powes so he really didnt have to fulfill the contract plus he had sort of inherited th powers form his sister.

I started watching Darker Than Black a while back but sort of fell off of it after a bit. I wasn't even aware it had even finished.

It's cool.

From what I did see of season one, I would say that it does have enough potental to go at least two seasons. And with alot of the more recent shows going multiple seasons it would be cool.

I'm pretty sure that Hei's sister's basically soul or conciousness is in Hei or soemthing like that. He was never a contractor, he just has his sister's powers and when she "vanished" he kinda took her into himself and now he can use her power w.o restraint.

Thats just speculation BTW but it sounds reasonable enough Right?
Plus he eats so much b.c he is eating for her too based on that theory. XD

According to Wikipe it is an original anime that has been adapted into two manga.

I finished watching Episode 25 today is there really gonna be more cause, it ended without satisfaction throughout this series I was rating it up there with Death Note, but it needs MORE Now NOW

You did see that there is going to be a second season of this series later this year (October 2009) in Japan, I hope? I strongly suggest you read all the posts that pertain to this topic.

Sure i want a second Season with all the Main Characters back in Action. I heard the second season is being broadcasted October this year.
